On the dress I want it says you will add 2 inches to the dress to accommodate heels. I am not wearing heels with the dress so should I take off 2 inches so when added it's not too long?
Sorry for confusion caused. If you order standard size from the drop down menu, the length will be made by the size chart. But if you order in "Custom measurements", an extra 5cm will be added to the length to fit for high heels.,To ensure it fits you best, if you are wearing flat shoes and order it in custom measurement, please contact customer service and tell them this special request so they will inform the tailor not to add the 5cm for you.,After placing the order, please log in your account on our site and go to My Orders, then click the related Order Number you need help with to submit a ticket for customer service.
