I have recently started using this site again and cannot find the option for making the dress to my measurements as you have undergone some layout changes. Is it unavailable for this dress? If not where can I find the option.

For a person with a 38.5" bust, 34.5" waist, and 42.5" hip, would you suggest a size 12 for this dress, or is it safer to order a larger size?
