I'm interested in this dress I've asked before about it and I was wondering if it'd be possible to have it before may 28? Also is it possible to reduce the size of how big the dress is like at the waist down? I see in the picture it's puffy as in the width

We can not let you get it before May 28,the fastest arrived date is June 10.We do have a lot of orders now and for the puffy skirt,you need wear a petticoat.
Could it be possible to add some sort of straps to the top of the dress ?
