I need to order thos dress for my daughter. Her measurements are: bust 40 1/2" waist 34" and hips 40 1/2". What size would we need to order. I guess the length would have to be hemmed once we receive the dress. Her event is March 26, 2018. Thank you,

I want to order 00247480 in black. Can this dress be made to a shorter front with a longer back but not to the floor. Like long cocktail length? I am 5'1".
