i usuall wear size 4 or 2 is that normal and my hollow length is 131 and size 8 the lenght is 150 is it too long???

The picture on the site is gorgeous. It's tight at the top and super poofy at the bottom, but a lot of the pictures that people posted make the dress look awful and flat.
