Also, if I would like the dress to fall a bit lower on my waist, can I alter my measurements slightly to reflect that?
The beading's color will change when the dress's color change. It will be done like the white part do not change and the blue part will change as color you choose for the dress. And this design may not be easy to lower the waist.
