I am 6' tall, my measurements hollow to floor are 57", would this dress be long enough to be a few inches from the floor if I wore flats?

This dress has piqued my interest, but I'm conflicted about the size to get. With measurements like 36" bust, 32" waist, and 41" hips, and generally wearing a size 10 but with a smaller bust and wider waist, should I go for a smaller size because of the corset back?
