If I order in a different color, will the sheer top still be black, or will it match the bottom?

Normally wear a size 6 and that is true on the general sizing chart I found on site. I did however measure and find that my measurement would have me order an XL in this dress according to the specific size chart on this dresses page. Does this sound normal?
