Because on the sides of the dress is all gathered and I was wondering if I got a custom size would they just be able to instead of gathering the sides of the skirt part on the dress can they just do a normal skirt gathered skirt I don't see how this could be a problem as it is not a major adjustment, just taking out the gathering.
