Really hoping to order tulle cocktail party dress... When I select custom measurements, it only asks for bust, waist, hips, hollow to floor and height. My daughter has a very athletic build with broad shoulders and I really need to be able to add shoulder and arm's eye measurements as well and also hollow to hemline not to floor and height doesn't really matter either. ...how can I submit these measurements and how long will it take for delivery for custom measurements? Before I order, I need to know it will be delivered no later than Nov. 13th. Thank you!
