Want to use this dress for a wedding dress. Can the cap fabric be doubled and petticoat fabric added to the cap portion of this dress (for added fullness/stiffness)? Can a wedding veil be made from the same fabric as the dress for matching (the same slight stiffness needed)? Also need the veil made with a beaded/sequin head-band attached (same fabric). Need the length of the veil to be right pass my bottom.
